About Us

Mary Spinosa-Wilson, RN, BSN, M. Ed – RDT/ BCT Artistic Director: Mary has worked in the theatre industry for over 25 years.  She holds a degree in Theatre, Music and Communication from Regis College and is presently attaining her master’s degree in Drama Therapy from Lesley University.  She has worked in the Metro Boston area, and London, England.   Mary has done a variety of shows for adults and children with a focus on special needs individuals in theatre. Some of her shows include but are not limited to: Joseph and The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat; Honk, Jr.; The Jungle Book, Jr.; HMS Pinafore; Tom Sawyer, The Musical; Come Back To The Five and Dime Store Jimmy Dean, Jimmy Dean; The Most Happy Fella; and Godspell.   Mary is an educator, teaching theatre in years past at the high school level.  When teaching her focus is on the individual’s feeling of self worth and sense of accomplishment, making themselves and others feel good through musical theatre. Mary works with children with learning style differences and understands every child needs to have a feeling of success.  She is also a registered nurse, with a focus on child and adolescent psychology.  Mary is a children’s choir director, and enjoys her hobby as a revolutionary re-enactor.

Carol Bradley, Marketing/PR Director, Executive Producer: Carol spent 20 years in the advertising agency business in both Boston and New York City in a variety of roles from management to new business development.  She worked in small boutique sized shops working with talented young creatives to design and create print collateral, promotions, corporate identity programs and ads.  Carol has spent the last seven years as a busy full-time Mom, volunteering at her daughters’ school in a variety of capacities doing both fund raising and FUN-raising.  Carol’s foray into theatre is from an administrative and organizational standpoint.  Her own daughters’ enjoyment with dancing led her to this opportunity to work within an energetically charged environment where she can help channel singing, dancing and speaking on stage into a fun learning experience.  She has a BS from Syracuse University. Carol has produced many shows including Footloose, Into the Woods, Aristocats and Cats with Starz-N-Lights and Thoroughly Modern Millie, Grease, and Beauty and the Beast with Acton Teen Repertory Theatre.

Carolyn Nicholson, Managing Director, Executive Producer: A native of Birmingham, AL., Carolyn received her B.S. in Education from Auburn University. She moved to the Boston area in 1987 where she met and married her husband David.  Most of Carolyn’s career has been in Sales and Marketing beginning with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company where she was the Director of Business Travel.  During her tenure with the Ritz, she utilized her Education degree when accepting the Director of Training and Total Quality Management position. After months of training and education, the hotel company was awarded prestigious Malcolm Baldridge Award for excellence in service.  Carolyn was also co-owner of Baby B, a local company that manufactured Moses basket bedding and a children’s clothing line sold nationally. Carolyn is active in the community volunteering with the schools, church and town sponsored programs.  She has served as Superintendent of Christian Education with a local church and served on the board of the Emerson Hospital Auxiliary.  She is also a local Realtor. Carolyn has produced many shows including Footloose, Into the Woods, Cats, and Aristocats with Starz-N-Lightz as well as Beauty and the Beast and Thoroughly Modern Millie with Acton Teen Repertory Theatre, Mulan Jr. with Gates School and Seussical and Alice In Wonderland with the RJ Grey Jr. High School. She has a background in Choral music and Dance.
